Horrible experience. Walked in without being greeted. Met with man sitting at the front desk and said that I came in for a State Farm claim. I explained that it was my first time in and the employee asked me if my name was Sergio. Not sure how he can ask me this after I said it was my first time in. I asked him if I needed an appointment and he said to fill out a sheet of paper. I then asked again of I can be seen the same day and he responded with attitude. Taking my business somewhere else whey they can show a little more courtesy.
