Went to this place with a friend and they had the worst receptionist I have ever encountered. I work in the dental field and I know how you’re supoose to treat you’re patients whether you work in the front as a receptionist or in the back as an assistant.

As a receptionist, you are the first person the patients speaks to. Receptionist should be friendly, respectful, and have a positive attitude. This receptionist was none of those things. She had a bad attitude, very rude, and was making side comments and laughing to her coworker.

Very unprofessional.

If I was a patient here and I experienced that kind of horrible customer service from the receptionist, I would think that the service in the back would be just as bad and I would not want to come back.
