Orchard Crossing Apartments at 651 East Travis Boulevard, Fairfield, California.

Horrible customer service . They never answer the office phone and take forever to acknowledge work orders. It took them 5 months to replace my dishwasher. They charge every tenant differently when it comes to rent. And the portal that they use for paying rent and utilities is terrible .. it only let's you make one payment at a time and it takes 3 days to clear . Which I was NOT aware of because it's not notated anywhere . When I contacted them the response I got was rude . They told me that maybe I should try making all my payments at the same time to avoid the system" lagging". Now , if I was able to make all payments at the same time don't they think I would have done that? So now because the system can only take one payment at a time and utilities are due on the 1st[no later] and rent can be paid by the 3rd[no later] I am at risk of having to pay an extra $125 late fee on top of a ridiculously high rent for a 2 bedroom apartment . Oh and they raised my rent from 1050 to 1500 within 6 months they added $350 on to my original deposit which I had to pay in full last month which brought my total rent to almost $2000..I am a single mother barely making it as it is . my patio screen door has been falling off ever since I moved in and when I ask for a new one they tell me they can't replace it until I move out or transfer to another unit and if I transfer I will have to put down another deposit. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!
