Never answer the phone, consistent loss of packages, and the most inhumane and unprofessional customer service I've ever encountered. The Post Master/manager is just as unprofessional and sets the perfect example of anything less than tactful for his employees. The "not my problem" attitude given throughout this location is something to be reviewed/discussed/reprimanded about. As a child of retired postal workers (mother and father both were post masters of several locations throughout their career), I expect exactly what I've seen given and dedicated to this posirion4...TIME, PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, and nothing less than 100% PROFESSIONALISM!!! From the customer service reps at the front counter to the executives behind them....You guys better get it together!!!

Horrible service, employees look like they hate the job. Not even a smile. They work for us, at least crack a fake smile.
